2. Eligibility

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria set for each event.
We reserve the right to:

  • Reject incomplete or invalid registrations

  • Cancel registrations that violate event rules

3. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations must be completed through our official website or authorized platforms.

  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Platform fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

  • Participants must provide accurate and valid information during registration.

4. Event Rules & Participation

Participants must:

  • Follow event rules and safety instructions

  • Wear the official bibs, IDs, or passes provided (if applicable)

  • Cooperate with staff, volunteers, and security teams

Failure to follow rules may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once registered, no cancellation or refund is allowed unless specified for that event.

  • In case the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, alternative options like a new date or partial refund may be offered.

  • Refund decisions are at the discretion of the organizing team.

6. Payment Issues

For duplicate payments or technical errors:

  • Refunds will be processed after verification

  • The amount will be returned within 5–7 working days

  • Proper transaction/UTR details must be provided

7. Use of Personal Data

  • Sending confirmations and updates

  • Generating event passes / certificates

  • Safety and emergency communication

We do not sell your information.

8. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify event routes, venue, date, or timings

  • Change rules or instructions

  • Cancel any part of the event for safety or operational reasons

Participants will be notified through registered email/SMS wherever possible.

9. Health & Safety

Participants should ensure they are medically and physically fit to take part in the event.
The organizer is not responsible for:

  • Any injury, illness, or loss during the event

  • Personal belongings lost or damaged

Medical assistance may be provided, but not guaranteed for all events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Srujan Events & Publicity.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Misuse event passes or IDs

  • Upload harmful content or attempt to break system security

  • Post abusive, misleading, or illegal information

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Latur, Maharashtra.
