This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Srujan Events & Publicity (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages the shipping and delivery of merchandise, race kits, event accessories, certificates, or any physical items related to our events or services.
1. General Shipping Information

Shipping is applicable only for events or products where physical items need to be delivered (T-shirts, medals, kits, ID cards, merchandise, etc.).

All items are shipped to the address provided by the participant at the time of registration.

Please ensure that your address and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect details.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Depending on the event and item type:

Race Kits / T-Shirts / Merchandise: 5–10 working days

Certificates / Badges / Small Items: 3–7 working days

Bulk Orders: May require additional time
For “Event Day Pickup”, instructions will be shared separately (location, timing, ID verification).
3. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during registration or checkout.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Some events may offer free pickup to avoid shipping fees.
4. Order Tracking
For shipped items:

We may provide a tracking number (depending on courier service).

Tracking updates are subject to the courier company’s system.

Any delay due to logistics, weather, or operational reasons is beyond our control.
5. Failed Delivery Attempt
If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable mobile number

Door locked / recipient unavailable
The package may be returned to us or held at the courier office.
Re-delivery charges (if applicable) must be borne by the participant.
6. Damage or Missing Items
If the item received is damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos/videos of the damaged product

Replacement will be provided based on availability and event policy
We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
7. No Shipping for Certain Events
Some events may not include shipping, such as:

On-ground marathons

Conferences
-
Local competitions
-
Events with pickup-only race kits
In such cases, only pickup options will be provided.
8. International Shipping
Unless specified, international shipping is not provided.
If required, additional charges and timelines will apply (subject to approval).
