Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Event Registration Cancellation

Once the registration is completed and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed unless specifically mentioned for that event.
All registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, permissions, technical reasons, etc.), one of the following will be offered:

  • Rescheduled Date: Your registration will be valid for the new date.

  • Partial or Full Refund: As per the event-specific guidelines.

The decision of the organizing team will be final.

3. No Refund for No-Show

Participants who fail to attend the event on the scheduled date and time will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Technical Payment Issues

If any duplicate payment or technical error occurs:

  • Refund will be processed after verification.

  • The amount will be returned within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Participants must provide proper transaction details / UTR for verification.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Convenience charges / platform fees

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Merchandise (if already dispatched)

6. Organizer’s Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update the event schedule

  • Change terms & conditions without prior notice

  • Reject any registration found invalid or incomplete
